Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual possessing strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for numbers. The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing our financial operations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

As an Accounting Manager, your core duties will include, but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
2. Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory laws.
3. Preparing and presenting financial reports, budgets, and financial forecasts to senior management.
4. Analyzing financial data and providing strategic financial planning advice to drive business growth.
5. Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, reporting any variances.
6. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including month and end-year process, cash receipts, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, etc.
7. Developing and implementing best practice financial accounting and control procedures.
8. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align financial strategy with business goals.
9. Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of accountants, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the sales industry.
3. Proven experience as a financial manager or similar role.
4. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
5. Proficient in MS Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
10. High attention to detail and accuracy.
