Job Details

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing comprehensive legal advice on a broad range of corporate matters, including real estate transactions, contracts, and corporate governance.
  2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements and contracts.
  3. Assisting in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Conducting legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to stakeholders.
  5. Representing the company in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations.
  6. Collaborating with other members of the legal team to manage risks and resolve legal issues.
  7. Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company and its operations.
  8. Providing training and guidance to company employees on legal matters.
  9. Participating in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level.

Qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal role, with a focus on real estate law.
  3. Admission to the state bar.
  4. Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal principles.
  5. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
  6. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  11. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
