The Sr. Director of Portfolio Marketing is a leadership role that is responsible for creating deep market and buyer understanding throughout the marketing team and the broader CCC organization. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and oversees the Portfolio Marketing function. If successful, the Sr. Director of Portfolio Marketing will be instrumental in encoding buyer needs into the DNA of our business, resulting in maximized go-to-market performance of our new product offerings.Job Duties

The overriding responsibility of the Senior Director of Demand Generation is to drive pipeline creation and revenue growth for CCC. This role will be goaled on meeting or exceeding a quota for pipeline creation through the design and execution of successful cross-sell and new logo acquisition programs using multi-channel, multi-touch marketing strategies.Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will work closely with the Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions & Consulting, Sales Operations, and Marketing Operations teams to architect successful marketing motions that drive interest in CCC’s products and solutions.The ideal candidate is a strong leader, strategic, data-driven, creative, and a virtuoso in all modern marketing techniques, including account-based marketing, intent-based marketing, search engine marketing, paid search, paid social, email marketing, content syndication, content marketing, digital marketing, digital/physical events, and digital advertising.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect a scalable demand generation function in alignment with overall marketing and business objectives that drives pipeline and interest from existing and new customers.Oversee all inbound demand generation channels. Determine the tactical mix between email, digital advertising, SEM, webinars, paid social, content syndication, paid third-party programs, hosted webinars, sponsored physical (and digital) events, and others.Oversee the Account-Based Marketing program in its entirety, including selecting and implementing the right technology, digital advertising, keyword groups, and back-end processes.Oversee demand generation campaign performance in terms of evaluating results tactic by tactic and optimizing performance over time, testing variables in the plan to improve future performance. Oversee the effective analysis and reporting of results.Oversee the execution of B2B campaigns.Manage and optimize the budget allocation across campaigns.Oversee the configuration and build of campaigns within marketing automation software.Identify content needs for campaigns and work with the content strategy and development teams to create campaign content.Oversee the A/B testing of campaigns to increase success rate.Maintain a feedback loop between account management and Marketing to optimize cross-sell campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.Work with the Portfolio Marketing team to create compelling and consistent messaging for email and nurture programs.Work with the Digital Marketing team to drive efficient processes for website conversions.Set program goals, analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights, and make data-based adjustments.Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors that contribute to demand generation.Monitor existing and developing technologies to continuously improve demand generation efforts.Oversee email deliverability, database hygiene, subscription management, and compliance with opt-in laws and regulations.Oversee compliance with CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and other privacy laws.Oversee the development databases targeting key markets and verticals.Create a strong team culture that aligns with CCC’s values.Qualifications
Experience and Skills8+ years of demand generation experience, preferably in insurtech, automotive, or other B2B SaaS software companies, or 2+ years of leading the demand generation function for a B2B SaaS software company.Expert in digital marketing techniques, including PPC, lead scoring, nurturing programs, list management, segmentation, and targeting.Strong analytical expertise to set measurable goals and evaluate campaign effectiveness.Deep understanding of optimization requirements in each stage of the retention journey and buyers’ journey.Proficiency with Forrester Decisions B2B frameworks, including the Forrester Decisions demand unit waterfall.In-depth knowledge of Pardot, Salesforce, 6Sense, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and Clearslide are strongly desired.Collaborative and influential with peers.Strong team leadership and people skills.Deep understanding of full-funnel performance marketing & growth levers.Outstanding English communication and language skills.About the company’s Commitment to its employees:CCC Intelligent Solutions employees are part of an inclusive culture that brings together diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
