Range based on experience.Options for Medical, Dental and Vision insurance for you and your family.A 401K plan with a company match.PTO and Paid Holidays.Health Savings Account (HSA).Life Insurance.What you need:Accredited professional law degree (Juris Doctorate) and a minimum of five (5) years of legal experience in a law firm, corporate, or private practice environment.Professional license, certification, or registration that may be required to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.Demonstrated complementary experience in fields of practice including General Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Construction, Procurement, Energy and Natural Resources, Government Contracts, Department of Defense, etc.Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.What you will do:Provide comprehensive legal advice to ensure the company operates within the law.Oversee all legal matters of the business, acting as the legal representative.Advise the Board of Directors and executive management team on new laws, existing laws, rules, and legal rights impacting the organization.Maintain organized records of all legal documents and proceedings.Support preconstruction functions by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction-related contracts.Prepare prime contract legal reviews for major procurements.Manage litigation, arbitration, and mediation processes, including discovery support and legal research.Support the executive team with M&A opportunities from preliminary review through post-closure.VSC Fire and Security, Inc. is a drug free workplace.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe look forward to hearing from you!www.vscfire.com
