Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in planning and managing the daily operations of the department;Assist in preparing schedule of classes;Assist in preparing faculty workload forms, personnel and leave documents;Assist with admission process from recruitment to preparing and tracking student records into programs;Assist in monitoring and updating department online information sites such as COE website;Assist in processing fiscal documents such as requisitions, purchase orders, travel documents, reimbursements, parking, etc.Other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsClassified, full-time (minimum of 6 credits) graduate student in good academic standing (GPA of 3.0 or above) in any field;Demonstrated ability to prioritize, plan and organize tasks;Proficient with basic computer hardware and software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;Strong written and oral communication skills;Demonstrated ability to make independent judgments under general supervision.Desirable QualificationsDoctoral student in any field;Experience working in higher educational institutions;Familiarity with shared drives like Google Drive and Nextcloud.To Apply:Submit a cover letter indicating how you satisfy the minimum and desirable qualifications, curriculum vitae, names and contact information (including email addresses) of 3 professional references, and official transcripts (copies acceptable; however, official transcripts required upon hiring).
