This role will lead the strategy and modernization of the credit union's lending operations, focusing on loan portfolio management, risk mitigation, and member service excellence. The CLO will oversee all lending functions, including mortgage and consumer loans while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with the credit union’s strategic goals.This leader will drive innovation in lending practices by adopting new technologies and data-driven strategies to enhance portfolio performance, member satisfaction, and overall financial growth. With the future of lending in credit unions rapidly evolving, the CLO will play a key role in modernizing lending processes, implementing AI-driven solutions, and expanding digital lending channels.In addition to overseeing loan portfolio management, the CLO will foster collaboration across departments, ensuring the lending team works effectively with all areas of the credit union. They will also focus on employee development to ensure the team can manage the changing lending landscape.Help Us Get to Know YouAre you ready to take the next step in your career? Additionally, experience with loan portfolio management and strategic lending practices is highly valued.The salary range is $145,120 to $225,000 annually.
