Position DescriptionAs the Vice President of Enterprise Sales & Partnerships at Arrive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of commerce by helping major brands and retailers unlock the value of off-price and recommerce strategies through the Arrive Platform. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from building and nurturing strategic relationships with brand and retail partners to closing large-scale deals across various verticals.

Responsibilities

Lead Enterprise Sales & Partnerships:

Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing complex deals with major brands and retailers. Build strategic partnerships to support clients in launching off-price and recommerce channels. Design sales strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging your ecommerce and reverse logistics expertise, while effectively communicating the value of the Arrive Platform.

Guide Product & Solution Development:

Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them in developing and implementing tailored off-price and recommerce solutions that align with their brand strategy. Provide expert insights on how to optimize product selection, channel strategy, and operational logistics to maximize revenue and customer engagement.

Navigate Complex Organizations:

Utilize your strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with decision-makers at various levels within complex organizations. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to tailor solutions that address each client's unique needs and operational structures.

Collaborate with the Arrive Team & Drive Results:

Work closely with the Arrive team to foster collaboration, accountability, and excellence across all client engagements. Operate as a strong individual contributor, while also providing insights, support, and guidance to elevate the team's performance and ensure a relentless focus on client success. Act as a key partner to cross-functional teams, contributing to the overall growth and development of the company’s solutions and sales strategies.

Drive Market Growth & Intelligence:

Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive insights within the off-price and recommerce space. Use this intelligence to enhance sales strategies, develop new business opportunities, and maintain Arrive's competitive edge in the marketplace.

Qualifications

Proven success in enterprise sales, particularly with large, billion-dollar brands and retailers.

Strong track record of closing complex, multi-channel deals in ecommerce, retail, or technology sectors.

Deep understanding of ecommerce, operations, reverse logistics, and their role in shaping off-price and recommerce strategies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and navigate complex organizational structures.

Experience in guiding enterprise brands through product and solution development for secondary market strategies.

Experience in building, leading, and mentoring high-performing sales teams.

Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for innovating and shaping the future of commerce.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
