This is an important role within the Client Insights team, which is responsible for representing the client voice in decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for:Lead all aspects of the research process from scoping to research design, analysis, interpretation of results, and delivery of presentations to support various initiatives in fast-paced environment through close collaboration with teams across the organization. Including, but not limited to:Conducting research using a mixture of research methods, with a particular focus on qualitative interviewing and analysis, to produce actionable insights that inform business strategy.Developing cohesive measurement strategies and methodologies to influence business decision-making processes.Analyzing various sources of data to identify market and competitive trends and insights.Translating insights into clear, practical recommendations through creative and compelling presentations.Represent the client in strategic discussions - inform briefs, development of product and company level narratives, and answer executive-level questions to ensure that action is taken on insights.The right candidate should be able to cultivate consultative-based relationships and work as a strategic partner to senior leaders, and to support decision making with powerful client insights.The candidate must be results-oriented, client focused, and have excellent written and verbal/visual communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in Research, Statistical Methodology, Data Analysis, or Database Maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 9 years of experience in Research, Statistical Methodology, Data Analysis, or Database Maintenance.Additional Preferred Qualifications:BA/BS required.At least 5-7 years of customer research experience, with a level of proficiency with all aspects of research both qualitative and quantitative.Sound understanding of research principles and design methodologies.Resourceful, pragmatic and flexible while keeping research standards.Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy; SPSS and Q proficient.Strong organization and problem-solving skills to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.Experience in B2B, financial services, or in the innovation sector a strong plus.User experience research is also a plus.
