The Psychologist II position is within the Stress and Health Research Program (SHRP), a clinical research program affiliated with the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral. Our team of multicultural, multilingual clinical researchers is dedicated to studying treatments for physical and psychological responses to stress. The primary responsibilities of this role will include:Administering standard tools to assess for psychiatric conditions (e.g., CAPS-V, SCID);Writing a clinical note using a standardized template to summarize findings and follow-up recommendations for the research team;Managing and providing supervision to the research team on clinical assessments;Documenting visits in teleforms, when necessary.The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.The salary range for this position is $47.66 - $86.06 (Hourly Rate).Department Description

Ph.D. degree in clinical psychology and one year of post-doctoral experience in clinical psychology; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; and knowledges and abilities essential to the successful performance of duties assigned to the position.Current, valid license in California as a psychologist.Preferred Qualifications

Possesses education, licenses, and other requirements for credentialing by the UCSF Medical Center.License/Certification
