Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent management or related HR functions, with at least 5 years in a managerial or director-level role.
