Overview:

The Director of Talent Management is responsible for leading and overseeing the development and execution of talent management strategies to develop and retain top talent within the organization. This role involves managing key functions such as performance management, career pathing, and succession planning, ensuring that talent practices align with organizational goals and support long-term success.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent management or related HR functions, with at least 5 years in a managerial or director-level role. Certification in Human Resources preferred.

Additional Skills (required):

Proven expertise in performance management and succession planning processes and tools.

Strong strategic planning, project management, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in talent management software.

Additional Skills (preferred):

Certification in Human Resources preferred.
