The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary

CEO

to lead their US operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company at a pivotal moment in its expansion. As CEO, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling the company's presence in the US market, driving business development, and ensuring operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for the US marketBuild and nurture a strong client base through strategic business development and relationship managementLead all aspects of US operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practicesManage finances with full P&L responsibility, focusing on profitability and sustainable growthCollaborate closely with the overseas office to align strategies and integrate business culturesDrive innovation in AI-powered IT staffing and recruitment solutions

What You Bring

At least 8 years of experience in IT recruitment/staffing with deep knowledge of US market dynamicsProven track record in leadership roles (CEO, COO) with experience scaling NAM operations, preferably for foreign companiesExtensive network and comprehensive understanding of US employment lawsStrong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, business development, and salesIdeally, a cross-cultural experience working between European and US markets
