Travel Nurse RN - PCU in Lake Havasu City, AZ

**Job Description:**

- Employment within a community hospital and regional referral center with 171 beds.- Work in a unit with joint commission accreditation and a certified chest pain center.- Serve a patient population that includes adult and geriatric patients.- Provide care for types of patients including STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, CABG post-op day 2, Acute Respiratory Failure, Atrial Fibrillation with RVR, ALIF, and EXLIF.- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:3.- Required to float to Medical Surgical and Telemetry units as needed, especially for ED holds up for admission.- Required to be on-call as per scheduling needs.- Work under the supervision of the unit supervisor, ensuring adherence to facility policies.- Expected to display flexibility concerning shift preferences but note that block schedule requests are not considered.- Ability to adjust to outdoor recreation and scenic locations close to major metropolitan areas.
