Position Summary

Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, this individual will lay a strong foundation for engagement and growth across our service lines by ensuring a world class customer and internal stakeholder experience with our CRMs. This individual will bring their expertise in Salesforce to Versiti and help us enhance lives through blood health discovery, diagnoses and treatment.

Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce and HemaConnect administrator focusing on: user rights and license management, information architecture, stakeholder training, vendor relations, and problem solving and troubleshooting

Lead, coach and mentor the CRM systems teamAct as subject matter expert on all things related to Salesforce and HemaConnectProactively work to identify end user needs and requirementsGuide customization and integration projectsCollaborate on communications strategy and calendaringPull reports and share data with Marketing AnalystsPerforms other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classificationUnderstands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirementsComplies with all standard operating policies and procedures

Qualifications

EducationBachelor's Degree in relevant marketing or information technology field or equivalent professional experience requiredExperience4-6 years 4-6 years' experience overseeing Salesforce operationally including user support and reporting at an organization or consultancy requiredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExpert level knowledge of Salesforce requiredStrong communicator, prior work with vendors and leaders requiredAble to manage multiple projects at once requiredStrong knowledge of fundamental CRM navigation, architecture, and user management (agnostic of system) requiredAbility to manage users with security, access, and human-centered experiences in mind requiredStrong data management skills requiredDemonstrated success with process improvement and automation preferredDemonstrated self-awareness and empathy with others that builds trust and strong relationships with colleagues and customers preferredLicenses and CertificationsSalesforce Administration Certification within 180 Days preferred#LI-HT1
