MUST HAVE
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Implement microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop front-end components using Angular to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure code quality through regular code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
- Guide and mentor, a team of developers, providing technical direction and support.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications through sound architectural decisions.
- Maintain documentation of code, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve the tech stack and development processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery.
- Experience with modern front-end build tools and development workflows.
- Understanding of security best practices in both frontend and backend development.
- Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs.
- Fluency in Spanish and ability collaborate with our nearshore development team. (Optional)
