Job Summary

This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. In this role, you will acquire proven industry knowledge, skills and resources to develop your relationship building.

We allow you to carve out your own career path and promote from within , based on performance. Though this program is designed to be completed in 18-24 months, there is opportunity to complete it in as little as 12 months. The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. Rental Location:

Essential Functions

Handling the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation

Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database

Responsible for generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads

Manage all rental asset processes to include Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards

Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives

Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies

Reconcile all customer concerns, issues and disputes in order to maintain the ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base

Additional Responsibilities

On a voluntary basis as well as based on scheduling, the Rental Management Trainee will be required to perform the role of On-Call Representative based on work schedules as determined by Supervisor.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Must be computer literate intermediate required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required business administration or similar related degree

One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred

Compensation Information :

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.

Pay Type:

Salaried

Minimum Pay Range:

$45,000

Maximum Pay Range:

$50,000

The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
