Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Medical/Surgical - Hematology/Oncology Float Pool Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Not specified License: RN License Certifications: No chemotherapy certification required Must-Have: Strong, flexible Medical/Surgical Telemetry (MS/TELE) experience with the ability to adapt to different oncology units Job Description: - Work in various oncology areas, filling staffing gaps in oncology units- Expect floating to different oncology units without a consistent assignment location- Provide patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team- Implement and evaluate patient care plans based on patient conditions- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments and unit needs- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
