Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on problem-solving and technical writing skills.
- Experience in project management, particularly with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in both metric and imperial measurement systems.
- Strong knowledge of statistics and data-driven process improvement.
- Skilled in reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Familiar with MS Office and database management systems.
- Knowledge of high-voltage electrical installations and IT-OT connections.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with manufacturing and IATF standards.
- Proficiency in automation software and systems
Responsibilities:
- Conduct machine and process capability studies and recommend improvements.
- Support FMEA, APQP, and control plan creation and review processes.
- Develop and recommend investments in equipment and automation.
- Oversee commissioning and acceptance of new equipment.
- Define and monitor process parameters, ensuring strict adherence.
- Develop and adapt work instructions for automation systems.
- Program and debug machine controls, teach robots, and ensure machine safety.
- Lead process optimization projects to enhance quality, safety, and cost-efficiency.
- Analyze complex alarms, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Plan for spare parts requirements and manage orders.
- Provide training for employees on equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects and improvements.
- Maintain compliance with environmental, safety, and company standards.
- Provide supervision and mentorship for interns and bachelor students.
