We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Financial Advisor to join our multidisciplinary wealth advisory team. You will work closely with our Wealth Advisors and Managers in a team-based setting and will be a critical contributor to our Firm's long-term growth initiatives. You will report to the Partner in the San Diego office.
What You'll Bring:5 or more years of relevant experienceA portable practice of high-net-worth clienteleA track record of cultivating new client relationshipsAbility to create or nurture a referral network or referral sourcesClient-driven mindset and a passion for finance and peopleHigh investment and financial planning acumenAbility to work independently or in a team for the purposes of achieving client goals and driving resultsStrategic and creative thinker who excels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConducts business with high moral and ethical standardsStrong compliance recordExperience with CRM, project or task management applications, eMoney, and Black DiamondProficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)What We Offer:
