Associate Wealth Advisor: We are looking for a successful service-minded person who can develop, support, and manage lead advisor client relationships. You will report to the Managing Director. #LI-Onsite
What You'll DoAssist Advisors as a contact for client relationships in performing multiple investment and financial planning tasks for our clientsPrepare and review information needed for client meetingsHelp present information in client meetingsAssign, monitor, complete, and document tasks in CRMAssist clients in the decision-making process with issues related to investing, estate planning, charitable giving, multi-generational wealth planningCommunicate and collaborate with clients' professional contacts, i.e. CPAs, attorneys, insurance agents, etc.Deliver relevant and timely information to clients and prospective clients regarding market updates that may affect their investmentsReview investment and trading activityProvide relationship management for accounts served by lead advisors and support to the teamStay informed about industry changes through continuing education with emphasisParticipate in client referral conversations and build network with centers of influenceWork with Advisors and Investment Analyst to provide in-depth prospective for client portfoliosPrepare Benchmark Performance Reports for client modelsContribute to the growth of the business by identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships.Actively participate in different committees and team projects that contribute to company development, the implementation of business strategies and projects, and the culture of TwickenhamGuide communication between the lead advisor and the operations team/investment teamFollow and stay up to date with industry regulatory requirementsParticipate in a first-class onboarding experience for new clientsParticipate in all Twickenham's sponsored partnership and eventQualities and Traits
Interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build immediate relationship with team members and clients.Outstanding communication skillsAbility to understand different personality types and adapt to all styles of communicationAbility to follow-through and follow-up to bring projects and tasks to completionSelf-motivated and dedicated to trying to find solutions and answersHigh integrity on both a personal and professional levelStrong knowledge of markets across multiple asset classesClient-centric approach to problem solvingEnergetic and team-oriented individual to support a growing advisory practiceWhat You'll Bring
3 or more years of experienceBachelors Degree preferredPreferred or willing to obtain: CFP, CIMA, etc. and, Series 7 license; 65 or 66 licensesExperience creating strong client relationships and a high retention rate, increased wallet share, and receiving referralsWilling to learn various financial planning software packagesKnowledgeable in or has a desire to learn about personal tax, asset management, financial planning, insurance, estate and retirement planningWhat We Offer
