The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor who is a relationship builder at heart with a strong track record of making a positive impact on clients' lives. You will cultivate deep relationships with clients while managing the relationship including investments, taxation, estate planning and retirement planning. As a senior member of our team, you are self-motivated and skilled at managing client relationships. You can perform at a high level under variable workloads and work well in a highly collaborative team environment. You will report to the CEO. #LI-Onsite
What You'll Do
We ask that you have experience working with ultra- and high-net worth individuals in different formats such as: integrating economic insights, market developments, portfolio positioning, and conduct client-focused meetings and presentations.Maintain and expand existing client relationships ensuring the successful transition and retention of clientsAttract and develop new client relationships by promoting a network of COI's, referrals and community involvement, in addition to working with prospective clientsOversee the preparation of client financial plans and comprehensive client wealth management reviews, and present these to clientsEstablish client investment goals, asset allocation, risk tolerance, cash flow planning, and due diligenceDevelop strong relationships with clients becoming a trusted resource for all aspects of their financial livesMaintain frequent contact with clients including periodic (15-20%) out of state travel for in-person meetingsRegularly communicate with clients regarding their financial plan, updating with all circumstances, needs and objectives and reviewing investment performance. Educate clients about market conditions and evidence-based investment principles, regulatory or tax changes, and other factors that may influence clients' decisions or behavior.Contribute to our Investment Committee discussions around asset allocation and security selectionWhat You'll Bring
You will have experience and attributes in the following areas:
Experience with financial planning concepts; experience delivering applicable advice and implementing their financial planExperience with tax, advanced planning, estate and trust, and philanthropic strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients with different levels of investment experienceWork respectfully in a team environment supporting a growing advisory practiceRequired Experience
7 or more years of direct client-facing experience in the investment / wealth management businessBachelor's degreeCFP® certification preferredKnowledgeable in advanced planning concepts to include personal tax, asset management, financial planning, insurance, trust and estate, and retirement planningSeries 65; Insurance licenses a plusWhat We Offer
