Job Details

We are is seeking a skilled and experienced Trust & Estates Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and families, providing comprehensive legal solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including complex trust agreements and wealth transfer plans.
  • Administer estates and trusts, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Provide counsel on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues.
  • Work collaboratively with financial planners, accountants, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of clients' estate plans.
  • Represent clients in probate court and handle estate litigation matters as needed.
  • Stay current with changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust and estate law.
  • Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment.
