Financial Reporting Business Systems AnalystLocation:
Hybrid at HQ in Vienna, VA. Open to other campus locations: Pensacola, FL, and Winchester, VA. This position requires 2 days onsite and 3 days remote- this is a REQUIREMENT.
Employment Type:
W2 Contract through April 2025 with a potential to extend.(No C2C arrangements). Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without a sponsoring employer indefinitely. Accepted statuses include: US Citizen, Green Card EAD, Green Card holders, and TN Visas.
Job DescriptionOur client, a Fortune 100 Credit Union, is seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support the Workiva Cloud platform, with a focus on NCUA Call Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage in-depth knowledge of NCUA Call Reporting requirements to assist with the timely and accurate preparation, validation, and submission of call reports.Serve as the primary point of contact for Workiva Cloud users, monitoring system performance, addressing and troubleshooting system issues, working with technical support at Workiva and our client and optimizing its use for regulatory and financial reporting needs.Configure Workiva Cloud to support NCUA reporting and other business requirements. Perform system testing to ensure functionality aligns with business needs.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, finance, and IT, to streamline workflows, enhance system performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Collect, validate, and analyze data needed for NCUA Call Reports.Qualifications:
Candidates must be local to Pensacola, FL, Vienna, VA, or Winchester, VA to work HYBRID schedule (2 days onsite & 3 remote) M-F.Candidates are required to be legally authorized to work in the United States without a sponsoring employer indefinitely. At this time we can only accept the following: US Citizens, GC EADs, GC Holders, TN Visas.Must have in-depth knowledge of NCUA Call Reporting requirements in order to assist with the timely and accurate preparation, validation, and submission of call reports.Must have experience work Workiva Cloud to support NCUA reporting and other business requirements.Background in finance, financial reporting, and IT systems analysis, including a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or information systems.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.
