Our company is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Controls & Commissioning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced control systems, hardware setup, and commissioning activities within our financial operations. This position involves working with a team of engineers and finance professionals to design, develop, and oversee the installation and maintenance of our control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware setup, controls engineering, and industrial control systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement advanced control systems and strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations.
2. Manage hardware setup, including installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
3. Lead commissioning activities, including system testing, validation, and final handover to operations.
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop control systems that meet our financial operation needs.
5. Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of control systems to ensure optimal performance.
6. Provide technical support and training to other team members and stakeholders.
7. Ensure all control systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
8. Document all control system designs, modifications, and procedures.
9. Conduct regular system audits and inspections to identify and resolve any potential issues.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with other operational systems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a controls engineer with industrial control systems
3. Proven experience in hardware setup, control systems design, and commissioning activities.
4. In-depth knowledge of industrial control systems.
5. Strong understanding of financial operations and processes.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
9. Proficiency in using control system software and hardware.
