We are looking for a Building Automation Project Manager to join our team in the Fort Wayne area. This position is responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, finding new projects, and managing them from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Design control solutions that meet project specs and client requirements.
• Estimate project costs and prepare proposals that align with client expectations.
• Oversee projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met, while coordinating with customers and contractors.
• Collaborate with management to improve workflows and tools, providing insights for business strategy.
• Promote and advocate for our control systems, showcasing their benefits to potential clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring their needs are met.
• Travel across Northern Indiana, Southern Michigan, and Northwest Ohio to engage with clients and markets.
• Identify new business opportunities, especially in building retrofits and new construction projects.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, mechanical, or a related field preferred.
• Solid understanding of HVAC control systems and industry fundamentals.
• Sales experience with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Team player with a desire to learn and grow in a technical field.
• Able to pass a background check for working in schools and other sensitive areas.
• Ability to travel to surrounding states
