We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Consulting Client Services Representative to join our team in the medical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, a deep understanding of the medical field, and fluency in both English and Spanish. With your experience and expertise, you will help us to continue providing exceptional service to our clients and further our mission of improving healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our diverse portfolio of clients. Your duties will include:

  1. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues they might encounter.
  2. Collaborating with our team of consultants to develop strategies for improving client services and patient care.
  3. Conducting in-depth analyses of client feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to address these issues.
  4. Communicating effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring that they fully understand the services we provide and the benefits they offer.
  5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in the medical field and using this knowledge to provide informed advice to our clients.
  6. Providing training and support to other members of our team, helping them to enhance their customer service skills and deepen their understanding of the medical industry.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the medical industry.
  2. Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  3. A deep understanding of the medical industry, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends.
  4. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and find effective solutions to the challenges our clients face.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and work effectively as part of a team.
  6. A degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or customer service, is preferred but not essential.
