Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Quality Inspector for our dynamic Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of quality control and inspection techniques, precision measurement, problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the implementation of ISO 9001 quality standards. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality inspection and control within the Engineering industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits, ensuring all extrusion products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.
- Utilize precision measurement tools to inspect parts and validate the accuracy of dimensions and features.
- Implement and monitor the ISO 9001 Quality Management System across all operations.
- Identify and report any quality issues or defects, and work closely with the engineering team to develop solutions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality testing procedures and documentation.
- Participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting activities related to quality control.
- Train and guide team members on quality control procedures and standards to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Ensure all safety and compliance measures are met within the department.
