Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and determined Civil Litigation / Defense Associate Attorney to join our fast-paced and growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional with a passion for justice and a keen eye for detail to advance their career in the legal industry. As an Associate Attorney, you will be a vital part of our team, providing legal services to our diverse clientele and helping us uphold our reputation for superior legal representation.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation and defense, including pre-trial preparation, discovery, deposition, negotiation, trial, and appeal.
• Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Provide sound legal advice to clients, ensuring their rights are protected and their interests are represented.
• Collaborate with our team of attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the highest level of client service.
• Keep abreast of current legislation, court decisions, and industry trends that may impact our clients and their cases.
• Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in civil litigation and defense.
• Demonstrated experience in all aspects of civil litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
