Strategic Leadership:

Own product and solutions marketing. Create and drive product and solutions marketing strategy, messaging, content strategy and content creation and product launches.Market Insight:

Stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs, using insights, combined with deep product understanding, to inform product messaging based on the persona care-abouts.Work closely with the communications team and digital marketing team

to drive awareness and demand generation of Synopsys products across the target audience and markets, measurable by MQLs and SQLs.Storytelling:

Craft compelling narratives that highlight the unique value of our products and solutions, engaging audiences across multiple channels.Partner with brand and creative

to deliver engaging content for marketing campaigns, and sales enablement, such as demos, marketing videos, and web content.Work with PR and analysts

to drive industry awareness and credibility.Customer Testimonials:

Cultivate a broad set of customer stories across industries, use cases and geographies to showcase the value customers are achieving.Drive internal alignment

across functional teams to execute successful product launches and campaigns; determine events and campaign prioritization in close alignment with product management, sales, and extended product and solution marketing teams.Team Development:

Inspire and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.What You’ll Need:

Experience in modern marketing approach with focus on understanding of personas, data driven decisions, and measuring marketing impact with quantifiable metrics.Proven experience in product and solutions marketing, with a track record of successful leadership in a similar role.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of technology trends and environments.Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or computer engineering, MBA preferred.15+ years of product management or product marketing experience with at least 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry.Strong ability to inspire and coach, with a proven track record of hiring, managing, and leading high-performance teams.Results-driven, and comfortable with both the analytical and creative sides of marketing.Demonstrated ability to work across functions within and outside of marketing, building relationships to drive results.The Impact You Will Have:
