**Job Description:**- Work with the MedSurg patients within the IMC unit- IMC nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4- Required skills include Telemetry and experience in MedSurg/IMC- Preferred skills include experience with vents- Weekend and holiday coverage is expected- Scrubs not provided; navy blue color required- Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity- Facility is a short-term acute care and teaching hospital with a total of 338 staffed beds- Charting experience in Cerner is required- Must have 2 years of minimum experience- Facility requires all employees to have the flu vaccine; no exemptions are allowed- Modules are billable up to 4 hours, with average 12 hours on modules. Completed pre-start and potentially during orientation, varying by specialty- Orientation is 28 hours, with %50 non-billable
