Triveni Bio is breaking new ground in the identification of novel disease targets – working at the convergence of human genetics, best-in-class antibody design, and precision medicine. We are pioneering a Mendelian genetics-informed precision medicine approach to develop functional antibodies for the treatment of immunological and inflammatory (I&I) disorders. Our lead antibody program (TRIV-509) targets kallikreins 5 and 7 (KLK5/7) to directly impact skin barrier function, inflammation, and itch – providing a meaningful and much needed potential treatment option for patients with atopic dermatitis and other barrier disorders.Triveni Bio is seeking a highly-motivated and collaborative Director / Senior Director, HR to join our organization and stand-up the HR function. Reporting to the COO, the successful candidate will lead all aspects of HR for the company.Key Responsibilities:HR Process and System ManagementOversee the administration of various HR functions, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee data management.Manage HR technology platforms, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and accessibility.Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement system upgrades, and optimize functionality.Organizational and Team Design and OptimizationHelp define certain organization and team roles.Work with Executive team on company organization chart design, hiring / growth needs, and related planning.Lead annual compensation benchmarking and planning.Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.Mitigate HR-related risks by implementing appropriate controls and protocols.Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to HR operations and benefits.Partner with Chief Operating Officer to address employee relations issues, escalate as necessary, and ensure timely resolution.Talent Acquisition and OnboardingSupport recruitment efforts to attract top talent.Oversee the onboarding process to ensure that new hires are integrated seamlessly into the organization and our culture.Training and DevelopmentCoordinate HR training programs for employees and managers on HR policies, compliance requirements, and HR systems usage.Support talent development initiatives by identifying training needs and recommending appropriate resources.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences industry.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications, especially Gusto. Experience with Workday, ADP, or similar systems also a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
