We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and expand our sales efforts across diverse real estate investment opportunities. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy, managing client relationships, overseeing the sales team, and optimizing our portfolio's growth potential. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for real estate investment, and a proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals for real estate investment products.
Oversee, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Establish clear performance metrics, provide regular coaching, and drive accountability within the sales team.
Identify and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and key partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized sales solutions and investor offerings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging investment opportunities to adjust strategies.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in sales leadership within the real estate investment or financial services industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
Experience in managing, developing, and leading successful sales teams.
Strong network of industry contacts and relationships with investors.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically while executing sales initiatives effectively.
Knowledge of real estate investment products and market dynamics.
