About Nada
Nada is an award-winning alternative asset investment and consumer finance platform, pioneering the next major real estate asset class: Home Equity Agreements (HEAs). As the first investment platform to secure SEC qualification, we are bringing this innovative asset class to individual investors through our series of private real estate funds. Backed by institutional-grade support, our investment products include Cityfunds (city-specific HEA pools), Select (a fund of funds across Cityfunds), the US HEA Fund (a geo-diverse HEA fund), and Yield (an HEA-backed debt fund).
Our mission is to unlock the $32 trillion home equity market for individual investors and homeowners alike. For investors, Nada offers an innovative way to build wealth by gaining exposure to residential real estate through diversified pools of home equity across the nation. For homeowners, our HEA product provides a unique solution to unlock cash from their homes without incurring debt or needing to move. Nada’s diversified HEA portfolios are delivering net IRRs of 14-18%+, offering both institutional and individual investors a lucrative and accessible entry point into the residential real estate market, with built-in downside protection and the potential for high returns.
Join us in reshaping the future of real estate investment with Nada.
