RESPONSIBILITIESLead and develop a high-performing Product Marketing Management team, aligning their efforts with Xsolla's product and business goals.Collaborate closely with the Product Office to translate complex technical features into compelling value propositions for game developers and publishers of all sizes.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, coordinating across Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams.Craft and oversee the creation of developer-centric marketing content, ensuring it speaks to the needs of both indie developers and large game companies.Drive product positioning and messaging strategies that differentiate Xsolla in the competitive game industry landscape, emphasizing our commitment to equal access for all developers.Implement and oversee a metrics-driven approach to measure the impact of product marketing initiatives on adoption, retention, and revenue.Represent Xsolla at industry events, speaking engagements, and in media interactions to build thought leadership in the gaming space.Work with the Business Development team to create effective sales enablement materials and strategies that resonate with developers of all scales.Expand and refine Xsolla's Product-Led Growth strategy, integrating it with our existing sales-led approach to create a comprehensive growth model.Collaborate closely with Developer Experience teams to ensure all marketing efforts align with developer needs and preferences.Synthesize insights from the hundreds of game events Xsolla attends annually to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.Develop strategies to showcase how Xsolla's solutions can scale from individual indie developers to large game companies, emphasizing our flexibility and comprehensive offering.Work closely with the existing CMO and marketing team to ensure alignment between product marketing initiatives and experiential marketing, events, and release week announcements.Collaborate with the events team to maximize Xsolla's presence and impact at industry conferences and trade shows.Lead the planning and execution of quarterly release weeks, crafting compelling narratives and coordinating product announcements across all channels.Develop and oversee ongoing product announcements, ensuring consistent and impactful communication of new features and updates to our developer community.Spearhead the creation and execution of an annual developer-centric keynote/event, showcasing Xsolla's innovations and reinforcing our commitment to the developer community.Ensure that all marketing efforts, from large-scale events to individual product updates, consistently reflect Xsolla's developer-centric approach and value proposition.
