We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join our team at Xsolla. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, drive organizational culture, and ensure alignment across the company. You will work closely with leadership to communicate key messages, initiatives, and updates to employees in a clear and compelling manner.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development:Support the creation of and implementation of a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with company goals and enhances employee engagement.Develop communication plans for major organizational initiatives, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.Content Creation:Write and edit internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and reports, ensuring they are engaging and informative.Produce multimedia content (videos, presentations, etc.) to support communication initiatives.Employee Engagement:Foster a culture of open communication by creating channels for employee feedback and involvement.Organize and facilitate internal events, town halls, and workshops to encourage dialogue and share important updates.Collaboration:Partner with HR, marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with organizational priorities.Work with leadership to communicate changes, initiatives, and key messages effectively.Measurement and Analysis:Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication efforts through surveys, feedback, and engagement metrics.Use data to continuously improve communication strategies and initiatives.Crisis Communication:Assist in developing and implementing internal crisis communication plans to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination during critical situations.Integrate with the global PR team to support messaging during times of need.>

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of communication principles and practices, with the ability to adapt to various audiences.Confidence in creating and developing internal relationships with the leadership team and key stakeholders to deliver clear and simple messaging for the organization.Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including intranets and social media.Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on employee engagement.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

$100,000 - $130,000 a year
