This role is critical in supporting the CPO and the broader HR team to achieve the company's people goals and deliver impact across the organization.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Partnership:
Act as a strategic advisor to the CPO, helping to define, prioritize, and operationalize the HR strategy.
Consultative Leadership:
Provide consulting expertise to HR and business leaders, leveraging insights and data to inform decision-making.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee the operational rhythm of the HR function, including managing the HR calendar and strategic planning processes.
Performance Metrics:
Monitor and report on HR performance metrics, ensuring the HR function is delivering value to the business.
Communication and Alignment:
Facilitate communication and alignment across the HR leadership team.
Change Agent:
Act as a champion for culture and change, supporting the CPO in driving a high-performance culture.
Tactical Execution:
Handle day-to-day tactical work as needed, including managing key HR projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with demonstrated success in senior HR roles
Proven track record of partnering with senior executives and leading cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Experience in organizational design, change management, and talent management
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $150,000-$220,000
