Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:
- Oversee all aspects of human resources to create a productive and engaging work environment.
- Manage the recruitment process and develop effective onboarding programs for new employees.
- Implement training programs, manage performance reviews, and develop employee recognition and incentive programs.
- Align HR goals with business initiatives, address employee concerns, and participate in strategic planning activities.
Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:
- Minimum of seven years of progressive human resources experience
- ADP Workforce Now a plus
- SHRM Certification a plus
- Associate's degree
- Base Pay - $90,000 to $100,000
- Robust benefit package
- In office opportunity near New Philadelphia, Ohio
- Some local travel required to different sites
