Certified Radiology Technologist - (RAD Tech)

Acute Care Hospital in AR Gould Presque Isle, ME needs a Rad Tech (Xray)
for a 13-week contract.Rad position will be days 8-4.
M-F.
(will be on call rotation during weekends-very rare we are called in though) There
will be come evening coverage here in there from 3-11.7 week schedulesSpecific shift will vary based on need – specifics will be sent over with requisition for interview (check with CRT if you do not receive this)

Care areas: Outpatient, Inpatient – ED/ICU/MedSurg, Operating RoomPrimarily Adult/Geriatrics with some PedsFluoroscopy, C-Arm in OR, Ortho & Ortho Trauma, ICU, MedSurg, ER (CXRAY, AB scans, Vascular)EMR: CernerPACS: Enterprise Imaging AGFAEquipment:1st imaging room: Siemens2nd imaging room: T-Rad with Siemens ART PIX to make it digital (general Xray room)Fluoroscopy unit – Cannon Ultimax Hybrid C-arm (General Radiology procedures + Pain Clinic)Operating Room: Phillips C-ArmMobile units: Phillips C-arms, Siemens Portable (Digital), GE AMX 4 portable, Mini C-arm for Ortho scansOrientation:1-1.5 weeks, based on experience/comfort levelScrub Color: any solid color as long as professional, or provided by facility if neededParking: Free
Required QualificationsMinimum 1 year current Xray experience including with OR/C-Arm.
Must have experience with Primarily Adult/Geriatrics with some Peds. MUST be experienced and comfortable working in OR, Inpatient, Mobile, General imaging.BLS; ARRT (CT) required; ME State license
