A bit about us:We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Audit Senior to join our fast-paced Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization to ensure accuracy and compliance with current financial legislation and standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to make a significant impact within a growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, a CPA qualification, experience in 1095C Audit, and financial reporting.

- Plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with firm and professional standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to mitigate identified risks.
- Perform testing of financial records and operational procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and present audit findings to senior management, offering recommendations for improving internal controls and financial processes.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and feedback.
- Stay updated on current financial legislation and standards, ensuring the organization remains compliant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve financial reporting.
- Participate in special projects and company-wide initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting and auditing.
- Proven experience with 1095C Audit and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and auditing standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make well-judged decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
