Nesco Resource is currently partnering with a top Medical Management company in their quest to find a Return Processor if you have experience managing and resolving credit balances and ensuring accurate billing and refunds, apply now! 

Job Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and resolving credit balances and discrepancies.
  • Contacting patients to resolve coordination of benefit issues.
  • Billing correct payors and setting up refunds for overpayments.
  • Handling telephone inquiries about overpayments.
  • Managing third-party correspondence and denials related to refunds and credits.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Three years of experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, or collections preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Proficiency in Epic and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Knowledge of ICD9/10, CPT coding, and third-party billing.
  • Ability to interpret explanations of benefits.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of HIPAA, PHI guidelines, and compliance regulations.
