We are seeking a talented and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in handling complex legal matters, with a focus on commercial litigation and employment litigation. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in litigation, exceptional legal acumen, and the ability to provide strategic counsel to clients.
Responsibilities:
Case Management: Effectively manage a caseload of commercial litigation or employment litigation matters from inception to resolution.
Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases and provide strategic advice to clients.
Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
Court Appearances: Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case developments and ensuring client satisfaction.
Legal Strategy: Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve departmental goals.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal standards and ethical practices.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
4 years of experience in commercial litigation and employment litigation.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
