Beacon Hill is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Clerk in Cumming, GA. The HR Clerk will manage documentary requirements, address HR inquiries, and process employee changes per federal and state laws. They will collaborate with Payroll, Legal, and Operations to verify qualifications and identify process improvements. This role is in-office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage documentary requirements for all employees, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Respond to employee inquiries via email or phone.
  • Process and review HR-related interfaces.
  • Verify application qualifications promptly for hiring.
  • Assist area, operations, and general managers with HR inquiries.
  • Handle new hires, employee changes, leaves, and terminations per federal and state laws.
  • Generate monitoring and ad hoc reports.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and in-person communication skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office is required
