Our client, a higher education institution, is seeking a Contract HR Compliance Coordinator to provide temporary administrative support to their Human Resources team. If you're a detail-oriented individual looking to gain administrative expertise in the Philadelphia area, we want to hear from you!

About You:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience - internships count!
  • Strong analytical reasoning and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to accurately manage sensitive or confidential data.

About the Job:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
  • Efficiently correspond via email and phone.
  • Conduct and analyze background checks while monitoring progress.
  • Manage departmental communications and respond to inquiries.
  • Assist with special projects, training, and clinics.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Assistant Director to identify process improvements and implement best practices.

As mentioned, this is a contract role expected to last until the end of 2024. Our client is seeking candidates who are comfortable working onsite 5 days a week in their Philadelphia, PA location.
