Salary: $105,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing routine and ad hoc accounting reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.
  • Requires a solid working knowledge of US GAAP and strong financial analysis skills.
  • Requires strong Excel skills, be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work with little to no supervision and perform tight time constraints.
  • Works with the Finance management team to prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and B vs. A variance analyses, for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinates accounting functions with team members and ensures sound accounting practices are followed.
  • Assist in assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas.
  • Works with the Operations team to provide monthly/quarterly/annual financial support to assist decision making.
  • Analyze historical and current financial data to understand the company’s financial status.
  • Prepares financial analyses and reports as requested.
  • Maintains and reconciles balance sheet and other general ledger accounts as requested.
  • Reconciles Intercompany transactions on a monthly basis.
  • Monitors CIP spending and maintains/reconciles Fixed Assets schedules.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate annual audits and tax filings.
  • Investigates and resolves audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
  • Contributes to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
  • Performs other accounting duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 10+ years of accounting experience.
  • Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
  • Strong financial analysis skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Highly Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Ability to achieve results; Problem-solving skills; Commitment to quality
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: verbal and written

Bonus:

  • CPA or MBA
  • Proficiency in Infor Syteline and Spreadsheet Server
