Accounts Payable Specialist

Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Handle intercompany AP for multiple locations
- Collect, code, enter, and pay invoices coming from email/mail/online accounts
- Enter and code invoices
- Pay Invoices (check, ACH, online)
- Add Sales & Use Tax to invoices for three states (when needed)
- Process credit cards and expense reports
- Clear ACH checks
- Prepare and file 1099s
- Send monthly reports
- Vendor management
- Inventory order intake
- Invoice UPS & FedEx Chargebacks
- Send monthly sales reports to landlords
- Order and approve office supplies as needed
Candidate Qualities and Skills:
- 1-3 years AP experience
- Experience with Sales & Use Tax
- Detail-Oriented
- Friendly
- Time Management
- Good Work Ethic / Attitude
- Team-Player
$22.00 - $25.00 hourly
