Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Director to lead our efforts in selling Global Capability Center (GCC) solutions to multinational corporations. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth for our GCC offerings.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target and acquire new clients for our GCC services.Understand the needs and challenges of multinational corporations seeking to establish or expand their GCC presence in India.Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentorship to achieve sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client organizations.Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals highlighting the benefits of our GCC solutions.Collaborate with departments such as marketing, IT, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience.Negotiate and close complex sales deals with global clients.Track and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in GCC development and management.Qualifications:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the IT services industry.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.In-depth understanding of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and their value proposition for multinational corporations.Strong understanding of the Indian IT landscape and its advantages for GCC establishment.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build strong relationships and manage a high-performing team.Strategic thinking and analytical skills.Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans.Willingness to travel (domestic and international).Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
