Responsibilities
•Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements•Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs•Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large•Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements•Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
Qualifications
•Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies•Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry•Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability•Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field•Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred
