As a leader in graphic design, you'll create engaging, disruptive design across various omni-channel assets to enhance and elevate our brand's visual presence and build awareness.You have a strong aesthetic point of view and exceptional typography skills. You can concept ideas for multiple projects and visually communicate a complex value proposition cleanly and drive action and conversion. You are a self-starter and work well collaborating in a fast-paced environment. You have an eye for detail and are assertive in implementing consistency across all designs. This position reports to the Head of Creative and works closely with the creative team project manager.Location:Hybrid position with occasional travel 5-10% required. Ideal candidate will be located in San Francisco Bay area or Greater Seattle area.What You’ll Do:Support campaigns, treatment launches, product launches, new clinic openings, PR & field marketing tactics and collaborationsCreate captivating and visually elevated content such as graphics, GIFs, illustrations, animations, video content and overlays that align with our brand identity and social media strategyContribute to growth marketing, including new user conversion through landing page experiences, targeted lifecycle email campaigns, performance marketing, signage, window barricades & decals, and social assetsIntegrate performance analytics and user research in the design processLead projects, including defining deliverables and meeting timelines. Demonstrate design expertise and knowledge of best practicesDrive concepts, designs, and implementation of beautifully crafted graphic elements that are consistent across all channelsTranslate complex concepts and technical scientific drawings into simple and elegant designContinually elevate the brand look and feel across all marketing platforms/channels adhering to brand guidelines for consistencyContinue to build, manage, and organize new templates in our well-appointed Figma library—for both email marketing, social, and signageCurate a library of stock photography and manipulate images in PhotoshopConsistently elevate and evolve refined visual design through the review cycleCollaborate with contact developer on UX, UI projects as neededManage all projects through basecamp until completion. Practice autonomy and problem solving when connecting the dots on incomplete creative briefsPerform other duties as assignedWhat You’ll Bring:High School Diploma or GED required5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, beauty experience a plusPrevious experience designing for both Performance and Lifecycle Marketing strategiesEffectively adhere to brand guidelinesAbility to refine and iterate by analyzing performance – excited about conversion-oriented designExperience with executing a design system across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web)Proven experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping, and expertise at adapting to a variety of softwareComfortable with all things digital product, UI/UX, wireframes, etc.Ability to view projects holistically and exercise superior planning skillsProven experience creating GIFs or basic animationsDetail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence othersExcellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamConsistently demonstrate good judgment, strong character, DEIB, and high standards of performanceAttention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and visual compositionStrong work ethic – demonstrated passion for what you doPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerOccasionally stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch or crawl, talk and hearCompensation Range:
