How you’ll be impactful:As a Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to think bigger, dig deeper, and grow your creative craft as part of the Brand and Creative team. You will be responsible for bringing designs to life for acquisition marketing and ensuring the brand comes to life. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and support from ideation through end delivery. You should have at least 3+ years of experience in a similar supporting designer role, demonstrating stewardship of Brand Design, a strong foundation of design skills, and execution of trends within campaign work.Please note: This role will be required to be in our SF office at minimum 2x/week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays).What you’ll be doing:Creative & DesignCollaborate with the brand & creative team to develop design treatments for acquisition marketing.Participate in brainstorming to develop campaigns and execute accordingly.Understand current performance metrics and take direction for future opportunities with design.Stay up to date with design trends and generate new ideas to draw the audience's attention.Brand StewardshipEnforce the Keen brand look and feel across all content and deliverables, refreshing and extending the visual identity through various acquisition media.Follow design best practices to ensure quality and alignment in content for all acquisition marketing placements.Collaborate with creative & brand team members to design end deliverables.What you’ll need to be successful:Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, Advertising/Portfolio school, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.3+ years of design experience, specializing in marketing creative and design. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
