The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in project management in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Project Manager, your key duties will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of construction project management for multi-unit apartment renovations.
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Implementing and managing project management systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Regularly reporting on project status to stakeholders, including potential or actual delays.
- Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Managing and mitigating project risks and issues, and initiating corrective actions as needed.
- Leading and managing project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant construction regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Project Manager, you must have:
- A minimum of five years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction industry.
- Demonstrable experience with apartment renovations and multi-unit construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management systems and tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred.
- Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
